yesh...I am back...

took several pictures... and ran out of memory space....

I didn't want to come back though...
1, its soooooooooooo much cooler there than where I live
1 1/2, I live in a place thats HOT and hot weather makes me sick...so ya TAKE ME BACK I TELL YOU!!!

ya... so I arrived in Geneva on... I think it was monday...
hotels there were full due to the soccer tournament... so I had to stay in a hotel in Lausanne... sept the hotel was extreemly overpriced while the room was crappy...
Switzerland supposedly has a MUCH higher per capita income than the United States however the purchasing power in the US is much higher... so I guess it all evens out...
I did however notice that art supplies are a lot cheaper compared to here... but there's no way I could have fit them in my luggage back without damage...

took a train to different places... and boats to other places...
went mountain hiking...but I couldn't go to the places I really wanted to because its out of season and now the glaciers are melting... so it would be highly unsafe.... but at least I could see them from the top of another mountain ^-^

I also went to some cities and villages in France and Italy

sometimes I wished some of my friends were with me because I know absolutely NO German... and thats the most commonly spoken language in Switzerland... I know hello, goodbye and thank you in French...
I felt less lost in Italy though...since I at least know a bit more in Italian... even though the train station in Milan is a maze... mainly because some parts were under construction when I went there....

...... ya I'm just ranting out of order with no attention to grammar whats so ever... and I'm very tired right now...

oh ya... and since my old camera is completely screwed up... (the sony one.... ya... I really dont trust large scale brands...)
technology... made my man... used by man... screwed up by man... fixed by man... and then destined to screw up eventually...
So ya.. I got a new one... and its a canon... much better than the old one... sept the store I went to didn't have the one I wanted in stock... so I had to go for this other one... and since I was leaving the country the next day... i wanted a camera right then... so ya... I got this one I have now...

and since I'm awake during the night and asleep during the day... I suffered absolutely no jet lack going there...
and now that I'm back... I'm back to my old cycle already... which is too the annoyance of my family and some friends... oh well....
and since it is daytime right now... I'm sleepy...
